Plan: European Plan (Tariff only),Tariff is based on two persons & four persons,Check in 12.00 noon, check out 11 am, Add Tax-17.65% Tax, on cottage tariff ,(Luxury tax 12.50% and 5.15% as Service tax)

Extra Person’s  charge: Rs750/-, Children up to five years will not be charged, if they don’t need any extra facility.

General Facilities of Cottages

Cottages are on the lakeside, also facing the lake  and  only  35 feet away from the Lake Vembanad. Bedrooms have split unit air conditioners, running hot and cold water and cable TV.

 Standard cottage have 132 Sq.feet bedroom, attached bathroom, small Sit out/porch to view the beautiful lake and have a private area/lawn up to the lake.

Deluxe cottage is having 172 Sq.feet bedroom, attached bathroom, small dressing area, and comfortable Sit out/porch of around 100sq.feet to view the beautiful lake and have a private area/lawn up to the lake.

Deluxe family cottage is having 172 Sq.feet bedroom and another bedroom of 135 sq.feet with a family coat in each bedroom, one bathroom in the middle of the bedrooms, small dressing area, comfortable Sit out/porch of around 100sq.feet to view the beautiful lake and have a private area/lawn up to the lake.

Deluxe family villa is having 172 sq.feet bedroom and a small pocket roomwith one family coat each, one bathroom, Sit out/porch to enjoy the beauty of the lake and have an independent private area/lawn to relax and a bathing ghat, right in front of the villa to experience the lake.
